Our Process
Our 30-minute discovery call is 100% free. We use this time to understand where you are, where you’re headed and how we can step in.
After our call, you’ll have a proposal within a week. The proposal’s good for 30-days and, once signed and secured with a deposit, we can generally kick off in 2-3 weeks.
Let's Talk Numbers
All of our packages are 100% customizable — and to give you an idea, clients typically spend an average of $6,500 on full website copywriting and an additional $6,000 - $7,000 or so if we’re designing and developing their site. Our monthly retainers generally start at a minimum of $4,000/month, with fractional CMO retainers starting at $6,000/month.
If that makes your stomach drop — we get it. We’re not cheap. But we’re also good — and we work fast. And since we’re not in the business of mediocrity — our prices reflect quality. The work we do gets results — and we intentionally keep our client roster small at any given time to ensure the quality of work you get never waivers.

We’re in it for the long game. Our monthly client retainers are 6-month commitments. We don’t do quick fixes — but infuse strategy into everything we do.
You call the shots. We want your package to work for you — meaning, when you get your proposal — speak up! If you want to see more of something and less of another — let us know. We can massage our packages to fit your needs.
We’re not for everyone. And we’re okay with that. If you review our proposal and just aren’t feeling it – let us know. We’re happy to refer you to a trusted partner who may be a better fit!
